Lynn Long Planning and Design, LLC has created excellent interiors for office buildings, financial institutions, general commercial and residential projects over twenty years. A hospitality designer collaboration and LEED AP certification adds sustainable hospitality design for new build and renovations to our capabilities. Our guiding philosophy is to represent the intent of the owners, institution, or brand in a professional, interesting design with a welcoming, pleasant ambiance, and in a cost-effective manner.
LLPD offers single source, turnkey services from design to installation completion. Categories include overall project color and style coordination, detailed specification of all interior finish materials, millwork drawings, and furniture (FFE), professional, comprehensive color boards and presentations. Procurement services include handing all the furniture bid documents, vendor orders and installation schedules with a 100% success rate of on-time, within-budget installations. Finding and installing exceptional art on realistic budgets, accessories and silk plants is a specialty that greatly enhances to the project appearance.

Eye catching triangular architecture was requested to be softened by welcoming interiors designed around a nature theme. To highlight a high interior ceiling, LLPD designed and assisted with installation of a large kinetic mobile featuring bird shapes in Verdi Gris patina, which slowly ‘fly’ over the lobby, propelled by the intake vent air currents. |

Tenant finish for building shell being finished as a new Federal Courthouse - judges’ chambers, court rooms, grand jury room, public waiting areas, and office support areas. Challenge was to meet the expected Federal Courthouse appearance using man made, value engineered materials.

When a unique element was needed to accentuate a high triangular ceiling, the adjacent marsh sparked the concept of an abstracted marsh bird kenetic mobile.
The bird shapes silently floating above the lobby was very successful and dramatic, and brought a unique local element into the building. This is the sort of creative concept that LLPD can bring to a project.
