The Interior Design Studio for Lynn Long Planning and Design, LLC is focused on sustainable interior design, for hospitality and commercial, on new build and renovation projects. We offer low overhead, experience, technical expertise, and creative design energy. Evidence-based design is not just a phrase, but a preferred path to discovering the most outstanding design solution for each unique situation. Lynn Long, principal, is a degreed Interior Designer with over 20 years of practice, and diversified experience with custom residential, hospitality, general office and banking interiors projects.
As a LEED Accredited Professional (CI), Lynn Long believes sustainability can have high appearance as well as high performance, and is constantly searching out extraordinary finish items and furniture with sustainable origins and LEED point contributions.
LLPD can offer a single source for interior renovation and new construction interiors. We specialize in programming, design concept origination, and specification writing continuing to vendor bid and follow-up, plus installation observation.
